Hello, my name is Frank, Frank Donnelly, i've born at Ireland, Dublin 1971.
I was one of those regular kids, not geek, not super-popular, normal, regular.
My scores at the testes at school were pretty much good, I have had no problems at all, untill one day, cloudy day at 1987.
I was walking through an alley that was a shortcut to my home, then suddenly two crackheads showed up infront of me, one of them holding a knife.
They asked for money, I told them I don't have any, they didn't belive me.
They approached me, then suddenly you could hear the sirens.
The two crackheads had no idea where the police came from, and I was like "Phew, that was close." the officers ran into the alley as both of the crackheads were running away, when they were about to leave the alley, two police cars showed up infront of them, and stopped them.
as i looked at the officers, they were holding radios and talking in codes, then, the officer came to me and asked if I'm alright, i've answered him "Yeah."
He told me that the crackheads were part of an illegal organization, and that now i'm okay.
Since that day, i've been wanting to serve my country as it served me.
As the years passed, i've learned logic, and human logic.
Then, I've joined the civilian protection.
After the university i've been surfing the Los Santos Police Department website and I've saw that the recruitments were open.
