first restart your router, if you still playing with ping, replace the modem. if you still got problems then you well have to change your router.

actually all what you need to do is call the owenr of your internet, and follow his directions.

i have in all servers normal ping , but in all Israel servers bad ping .. idk why.. but maybe the servers have lag

i live in jerusalem... i was have 44-40 ping , but now i have more than 100 ping .

It's doesn't concern vgames, you should check the following things:
1 - Your infrastructure, I don't know if it's Bezeq or Hot.
2 - Your ISP.

It could be a problem in your own environment, the servers work perfectly and everyone beside you having a normal ping so you can cut off that it got anything to do with vgames.


What did you meant when you said that you have a normal ping in all servers but in Israel no?

Just a little note, any ping below 100 is consider as normal for the ISP's in Israel, so don't mention that in your complain, just tell them you have unstable connection and you are feeling slowness.

check that your internet is from Israeli company if not maybe its your problem
